Upland Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Upland, California and surrounding areas, including but not limited to drain cleaning, clog removal, water leak detection and repair, toilet repair, water heater installation, repiping, sewer line services, and emergency plumbing. All services are performed by licensed and insured plumbing technicians in accordance with applicable California plumbing codes and regulations.


2. Service Estimates and Pricing

We provide written estimates before beginning any work. Estimates are based on initial assessments and may be adjusted if additional issues are discovered during the course of service. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated to and approved by the customer before proceeding. Our pricing is transparent and inclusive of labor and standard materials unless otherwise specified in the estimate.


3. Appointments and Scheduling

While we make every effort to arrive within scheduled time windows, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of plumbing service calls, including emergency dispatches. We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay is expected.


4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Returned checks or declined payments may be subject to additional fees. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to collection proceedings.


5. Warranties and Guarantees

Upland Plumbing stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the customer as applicable. Our satisfaction guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge within the warranty period.


6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service call fee. Emergency service calls are non-cancellable once a technician has been dispatched to your location.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Upland Plumbing’s total liability for any claims arising from services rendered or the use of this Website shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, water damage caused by delayed reporting, or damage to personal property not directly related to the plumbing work performed.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information when scheduling services, ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area, disclose known hazards or pre-existing conditions that may affect the service, secure pets and personal belongings in the work area, and obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals required for the requested work.
